Festive Letterpress - public workstation

Using one of my lovely small Adana 5x3 presses I set up a temporary public print station, to produce a short run of shop gift wrapping and host a public Letterpress workshop.

Public participants were instructed in how to print on a selection of labels, bags and napkins, to take away. 

Later that evening I did a quick 1 hour public workshop where participants printed cards using a selection of 24pt fonts and some vintage image blocks. For those participants who had never seen type, fonts, quoins, furniture, chases etc. one hour was a real busy experience to produce some great results. Frenetic but fun activity.
